Letter of Introduction

My name is Jeff Slotnick and my company is "Security Training Consultants". The intent of this letter is to describe my services as a Training Provider and Physical Security Consultant.

Security Training Consultants is committed to the professional training and assessment of Military, Law Enforcement, Private Security, and Industrial Security personnel. I offer a full line of courses based on the training needs of my customers.

In the past my company has provided successful training to The United States Navy Reserve, The Marine Corps Reserve, the Oregon National Guard, as well as various private law enforcement and security firms. We specialize in Company sized units but our courses and instructors can be adapted to accommodate most forms of small unit training.

Our benchmark specialty is the area of weapons marksmanship. I teach all phases of pistol, rifle, and crew served weapons Marksmanship, to include sniper craft and tactical small arms.

Security Training Consultants performs detailed Physical Security Assessments of Industrial and Residential Facilities.

I provide training in the following Military Subjects; Defensive Tactics, Perimeter Defense, Survival , Land Navigation and other Common Task Skills. Additionally, I perform training assessments, assist in creating training plans, develop Field Training Exercises, and provide force on force training opportunities. Our force on force scenarios can be easily adapted to most Law Enforcement Tactical Team missions.

I also offer training in the following Law Enforcement Subjects, Use and Employment of O/C Sprays, Verbal Tactics, Handcuffing Techniques, Report Writing and Documentation, Radio Communications, Physical Security Assessments, Counter Terrorism, Leadership, and Wear & Care of Uniforms.

  • Command Sergeant Major in the Washington State Military Department, responsible for the training and professional development of assigned personnel in skills relating to Domestic Terrorism and Emergency Management.
